When you get a PDF proof of your book, we will upload it to your online account for you. You will receive an email and a text message alert (if you have opted in) notifying you when the proof is ready to view. To view your proof, you will need access your Book Printing UK Online Account

Once you have logged in, you will see a notification in your Online Account saying ‘You have 1 proof waiting to be approved. Click here to view it'. Clicking this notification will take you to the proof you need to check.

You will get a 2D flipbook view of your work that you can flip through to see the covers and each inside page of your book printing project. You will notice an ‘Add Notes’ button in the top left corner of your preview. If you require any amendments to your proof, you can add these here.

If you don’t see this, it means you uploaded a PDF to us, so you will need to make changes on the original PDF. Then re-upload the files so we can remake your proof.

Once notes have been added or your new files uploaded, you will be greeted with a confirmation page as seen in Fig.3. This will just ask you to confirm the changes you are making before we put together another proof for you.
