When you first get a quote with us, you are asked what type of proof you would like with the order.
If you select a PDF proof, our designers will turn your files into a digital proof and upload it to your online account for you.
If you select a hardcopy proof, you will receive a printed proof first and then, if there are any amendments, the subsequent proofs will be in PDF format.
There is no automated way to request a PDF proof, but if you would like to see the files again, all you need to do is contact your account manager and they will happily send the files over to you.
